You can use the MAP Search if you know the geography around Telluride well enough to locate where you want to look.

Learn these Tricks to Converge on your Location Accurately
Halfway down the Query Page there’s a heading entitled
“Search by Location Type”
It has a drop-down list of location types AND a field to type in locations you might know and want.
(go ahead and drop it down now so you can see the "types")
1. If you use the Town filter, the results will show every property inside that town’s limits, PLUS many more distant properties which you may not want and that are not in the town but use that town for addresses and for mail. (If you want to see all those extra outlying properties, then great, but if not, you should filter by the Area location filter.)
2.If you use the Area filter of locating properties, this is much more accurate, but the areas are quite often coded in unfamiliar ways, and you need to type in the right codes. Therefore, I have made a very instructive CHART to help you nail it down for typing in the right name for the “Area”.
(Use my indispensable Chart of Telluride Areas that gives you the right names of areas that will zero you in on your preferred area.)
3.If you know the names of your preferred Subdivisions or your preferred Condo Complexes this is a great way to filter your search by typing in the names of your known subdivisions or condos.
4. If you use Zip Code or County, you will probably see more properties than anticipated, unless you narrow down other parameters and just want to see if there’s anything to your liking anywhere in the larger area.
5. The Elementary School filter and other school filters are inoperable. Don’t go down those rabbit holes….
